She has shared her easy vegetable broth recipe with us. Vegetable broth is great addition to many meals this time of year, like soaps, and stews. And the added bonus of the fresh vegetable broth holds lots of vitamins to help word of cold and flus. Follow the steps below.
Step 1;
Save veggie scraps in a zip lock in my freeze till its full. When it comes time to make the broth you can also add whatever is going bad in the fridge, garlic and onion.
Step 2;
Bring to a boil and simmer for at least an hour. You can also add some of your favourite spices or a clubhouse vegetable seasoning. I have added pepper pink Hymalayan salt and bay leaves to this batch.
Step 3;
Strain and store either in your fridge or freeze. So easy and this was essentially free as I already had everything.
