  • Can I change or cancel my order?
    Please email us at as soon as possible with your change or cancellation request. We will do your best to update your request. Please allow 48 hour response time as we are busy packing plants. Unfortunately, orders can not be changed once they are packed or shipped.
  • What if my order arrived damaged?
    Please let us know right away if your order arrived damaged. Kindly send an email along with photographs to Be sure to include your order number in the subject line.
  • Why does my plant/plants look different than the ones pictured on the website?
    Plants are alot like humans, no two are exactly alike. Your plant will come with its own characteristics, colour vibrancy and leaf variation. Plants also differ in appearance during different stages of its lifecycle. If you have any concerns about the look of your plant, feel free to send us an email along with a photograph to and we will do our best to address any concerns you may have.
  • Why is shipping so expensive?
    We setup our shipments with 2 day shipping. Once we ship it and because we want the LIVE PLANTS to get there as fast as possible and more care has to be taken At this time we can only offer shipping to Ontario residents We take great pride in what we grow, we guarantee that all plants are in good condition at the time of shipping and at the time of delivery Plants that are being shipped are done so through Xpresspost TM 2 business days (guaranteed) *Although we try to get your order shipped as quick as possible there may be delays in the process due to external factors such as weather, because of this we ask you allow 1-2 week shipping times For your plant’s sake we do not ship after 12:00 pm Wednesdays or over weekends to insure delivery before weekends
